Legal notice

A different route to the right car.

THEM AUTO ApS holds a special licence and the right to participate in auctions for repossessed vehicles. We are affiliated with all major banks and leasing companies in Europe, providing access to vehicles at attractive prices.

One price. No additional fees.

The advertised vehicle price is the total price for the car, including VAT. There are no hidden fees, surcharges or other mandatory vehicle payments. If you choose optional delivery, the transport price is agreed separately before purchase.

No damage or faults

Our vehicles are offered without damage or faults and in excellent cosmetic, technical and mechanical condition. Each vehicle is thoroughly checked before we purchase it, ensuring that its description matches its actual condition.

Deductible VAT

All advertised prices include deductible VAT. VAT-free export purchases or VAT deduction by eligible businesses require the applicable conditions and documentation requirements to be met. We assist with the documentation.

Checked before we purchase

Every vehicle undergoes a complete inspection before we purchase it ourselves. We check its cosmetic, technical and mechanical condition so that the description fully reflects the vehicle you receive.

A new major service before delivery

Every vehicle receives a new, comprehensive major service before delivery. We prepare each car for its next owner.

1-year international warranty

Every vehicle comes with a 1-year international warranty, giving you reassurance beyond delivery.

Experience at every step

With many years of experience in the automotive industry, we provide professional, carefully managed service from choosing a vehicle to preparation, export and delivery. You receive clear communication and personal follow-up throughout the process.

From our showroom to your address.

Delivery is handled directly by THEM AUTO ApS. Choose an open or enclosed trailer according to your preference. We offer competitive delivery prices and also arrange deliveries outside Europe, drawing on our extensive international experience.

By appointment only

All visits and inspections require a prior appointment. An appointment does not reserve a vehicle or guarantee its availability. Our attractive prices mean vehicles often sell quickly; contact us to confirm availability before travelling.

Optional delivery is quoted separately, with the transport price and delivery terms confirmed before purchase. The advertised vehicle price includes VAT and has no hidden vehicle fees.

7 days to be completely certain.

From the day you receive your vehicle, you have 7 days to inspect it. This period includes a right to return with a Money-Back Guarantee.

If the vehicle does not fully match its description, has any damage, is not in excellent cosmetic, technical and mechanical condition, or you consider it not to be the vehicle you ordered, you are entitled to return it for a full refund of the entire amount paid.

When you exercise your right to return within the inspection period, THEM AUTO ApS undertakes to collect the vehicle within a maximum of 72 hours of receiving your return request and refund the entire amount paid by bank transfer.

This 7-day policy does not restrict any mandatory rights you may have under applicable law.
